WATERING & FERTILIZING:
Keep soil moderately moist. Do not allow plant to sit in water. Poorly drained soil can cause root rot. You may feed bi-monthly with a very diluted liquid fertilizer. Too much fertilizing can cause brown edges on the leaves.
LIGHT CONDITIONS/GROWING AREAS:
Prefers bright-diffused light.
OPTIMUM SOIL CONDITIONS:
Grow in loose, fibrous potting mix. Chlorophytums grow from tubers under the soil which tend to make them difficult to water when the pot becomes full of tubers or pot-bound. When this happens it's time to transplant to the next larger container size.
PEST CONTROL:
A possible pest are aphids.
CLIMATE/PLANTING CONDITIONS:
Warm - Prefers 70-75º days and 65-70º nights.
